Log Flume Heritage Site

The Log Flume Heritage Site features the Log Flume Interpretive Trail, a half-mile walk among the remains of a 1920’s logging operation. The site tells the story of the early twentieth century logging, saw milling, and mining that took place here. The long wooden flumes would carry massive Douglas firs from the hillside to the river below and then off to the mill.
