Chelan Ranger District

Encompassing much of Lake Chelan's fifty miles and its surrounding lands, the Chelan Ranger District is one of the six districts constituting the Wenatchee National Forest. This is a land of sagebrush and conifers, valleys and mountains; stunning scenery in a remote landscape. Visit the Chelan Ranger Station in the town of Chelan, near the foot of the lake. Here you can obtain information on the national forest, chat with a ranger, and find book sales and maps.
