Through hands-on interactive exhibits visitors will discover the issues surrounding the future of our drinking water, forests, fish and wildlife. Follow a water drop on its journey from the ocean to the mountains to you. Use a microscope and water test kits and look at water on a whole new level. View area artifacts from the past 9,400 years and discover the cultural and natural history of the watershed. Come explore and learn about water and its connection to our remarkable rain-soaked landscape.
Nestled above the shores of Rattlesnake Lake on the Mountains to Sound Greenway, this state-of-the-art center is a gateway to the Cedar River Watershed: 90,500 acres of forest land providing drinking water for over 1.3 million people.
