Columbia River Gorge Scenic Byway

Stretching along the Columbia River, this byway is surrounded by spectacular scenery etched by water, weather, and time. See unique flora and fauna and dramatic rock cliffs, rushing, sparkling waterfalls, and the cool, shadowly national forests. Immersed in history this area was also a frequent pathway of Native Americans and the gateway of Lewis & Clark's journey to the Pacific.
