Crystal Mountain

Located on the NE corner of the Park, this winter playround provides excellent snowshoeing and alpine skiing. The peak has over half a dozen basins and peaks and boasts breathless views of Mt. Rainier. Crystal Mountain's summit, Silver King, is at 7,012 feet with a vertical of over 3100 feet. Stunning views of Mts. Rainier, St. Helens, Adams, Hood, and Baker await you at the top! The mountain averages 350 inches of snowfall annually.

Find scenic chairlift rides, a mountaintop restaurant, hiking, fishing, mountain biking and tennis. The Sun Top Sno-Park is a non-groomed area for all non motorized users. Bring your snowmobile to Pyramid Creek and play all afternoon.

    Paradise Inn

    The Paradise Inn was originally built in 1916 and houses 121 guest rooms, the Paradise Inn Dining Room, Tatoosh Café, and authentic Native American arts and crafts at the gift shop. In 1919, Han Fraehnke, a German carpenter, added much of the decorative woodwork that he designed and built himself. A skilled craftsman, Han also built the lodge’s rustic piano and the 14 foot grandfather clock. Step outside the historic Paradise Inn accommodations and be welcomed by the site of meadows in full bloom, miles of trails that lead to adventures in all directions and explore the outdoors the way it was meant to be, free from modern life stresses and distractions.
