The Washington State Tourism Industry Photo Library is a searchable database that was created to provide images for state tourism publications, its consumer website, and the media.

You are required to cite the source and the photographer when using images taken from this Web site. For example, Washington State Tourism/photographer name.

* Unrestricted images are available at no cost for your marketing purposes and may not be resold.
* Video of your specific region is available for your marketing purposes and may not be resold. You will be charged transmission fees, and will be mailed an invoice.

City in Washington
* Unrestricted images are available at no cost for your marketing purposes and may not be resold.
* Video of your specific city is available for your marketing purposes and may not be resold. You will be charged transmission fees, and will be mailed an invoice.

Business in Washington
* If Washington State Tourism filmed your business for the video library, the footage of your place of business is available at no cost for your marketing purposes and may not be resold. You will be charged transmission fees, and will be mailed an invoice.

This agreement applies to you and, if you are accessing this Web site on behalf of another person or organization, to you and the third party.
