Food to Warm the Soul

Seattle's fresh and savvy food scene captures the attention of national media, progressive chefs and world diners alike. All the elements converge here – talent, sources for the freshest, organically grown and handcrafted ingredients, ethnic diversity and, let’s not forget, Washington wine. Pike Place Market offers a window into the soul of Cascadian Cuisine and its abundant offerings. Outside of Seattle, visitors can find an appetizing array of experiences for lovers of food and fun. Whidbey and the San Juan islands are ripe with ultra-fresh shellfish, produce and vineyards, complemented by the mainland waterfront city of Bellingham, which boasts a bevy of shops and restaurants showcasing locally grown products.
