One of the largest collections of radios in the United States can be found at the American Museum of Radio & Electricity in Bellingham. Experience over 800 radios and early technology including a Tesla coil, a Parisian Portable record player with a wind up needle directly connected to a paper-cone speaker and an early 1900's original wax cylinder Edison phonograph. Turn knobs, push buttons and pull levers of radios from the very beginning of broadcast to 1927. A highlight of the new exhibits is a complete replica of the radio room of the ill-fated cruise ship Titanic.
